Albins Leads the Way with ARB ORRS Contingency Program
Saturday, 15 June 2013
1992b_sm The newly formed ARB Australian Off Road Racing Series is comprised of four exciting rounds:
- Sea Lake (Victoria) 8th-9th June
- Griffith (New South Wales) 13th-14th July
- Goondiwindi (Queensland) 10th-11th August
- Millicent (South Australia) 7th-8th September.

The four events have been designed to provide competitors with professional and affordable off road racing competition at four of Australia’s premier long course off road venues.

The second round to be held at Griffith next month will see Albins Transmissions coming on board the ARB Australian Off Road Racing Series as part of a newly launched Contingency Program. Albins is proud to be a pioneer in the Contingency Program and to be part of its launch.

Albins is committing over $7,000 in goods and services to the next three rounds of the ARB Australian Off Road Racing Series via the program.

Contingency Programs are very popular in off road racing in the USA and Albins is extremely excited to see a professional program exposed in Australia. Albins continues to lead the way in the off road racing transmission market globally and Albins Marketing Manager, Tim Possingham has quoted that "the Contingency Program is a fantastic way to give back to the people that matter most out there, the supporters of our product - the competitors".

One of the contingency prizes that Albins is offering through the remainder of the series is one for Extreme 2WD competitors that are not currently running Albins product in the Extreme 2WD vehicles. "This class often sees our new ST6-I product winning flags across the USA of late and we really want to see local competitors pick up the latest technology. Albins is offering winners of the Extreme 2WD category thousands of dollars credit off the new ST6-I trophy truck transmission.”
