Exciting news from the ARB Off Road Racing Series with the announcement that Simon Christie and the team from 4WD TV will be covering the four rounds of the 2016 ARB Off Road Racing Series.

With the ARB Griffith 400, the first round of the 2016 series imminent, the partnership with 4WD TV is a coup for the ARB series, its sponsors and competitors, and returns it to a regular TV slot.

4WD TV has a long standing history of covering all aspects of the 4WD and off road scenes over the past 12 years and a partnership with the ARB Series is a perfect fit.

In the lead up, both 4WD TV and Simon Christie’s 4WD ProTips will be used to promote the events and ARB Series, and whilst major coverage will be done through 4WD TV, certain stories will overflow onto 4WD ProTips for further exposure.

“Over the course of a race weekend, there will be short clips posted online, various action photos and phone videos uploaded via Facebook” explained Andrew Stott, Series representative.

Apart from the well-known and anticipated exposure via the TV shows, the instant reach offered by 4WD TVs online presence will be a huge kick start for the ARB Series with literally millions of off road enthusiasts worldwide being exposed to the stunning images and video captured by the 4WD TV team.

“This will be followed with a teaser clip for the upcoming episode that will be aired on 4WDTV. With 4WDTV having a dedicated weekly viewing of 500,000+, a Facebook audience of over 1.3million and 70,000 Followers on Instagram, this will be great exposure for the events and ARB Series as a whole.”

Simon Christie explained “my team has been a major part of the 4WD and off road racing scene for over a decade and we are pleased to be backing the 2016 ARB Series. We are looking at bringing something new to the coverage of these events, not only giving it the sort of TV exposure it, and the competitors, deserve, but a new format in online exposure.”

“With a diversity of experience and platforms, no one can come close to providing the sort of exposure and expert coverage that we can and we know that these types of events turn it on like no other. The competitors are passionate, the competition is fierce, the courses are unforgiving and all involved should rightfully expect the coverage to be professional, exciting, in depth and personal. We are just as keen as anyone else involved to be out amongst the action, so bring on the first round, we hope to see you there.”

The first round of the 2016 ARB Off Road Racing Series, the ARB Griffith 400, will be held next weekend, 19-20th March at Stackpoole in the farming regions north of Griffith in the New South Wales Riverina.

4wd TV is very proud to announce that we are the new official media partner for the ARB Off Road Racing Series. We will kick off filming March 18 - 20 at the ARB Griffith 400.
