The members from the Griffith Off Road Club spent the weekend preparing and marking the proposed 65km course. With a new format to cater to the conditions, the club have taken a new approach to the event. “We’re looking at ways for advancing our event and advancing the sport. The new format of splitting the weekend into two races and running groups of classes on each day, we believe will make for safer racing for all competitors. Saturday’s teams will have a better track more suited to their cars” explained Andy Ryan, property owner and Pro buggy driver.

The Griffith Off Road Club are also happy to welcome back onboard ARB as a naming sponsor and Town and Country Tyres as co naming partner. “Town and Country Tyres are one of the largest Mickey Thompson dealers in Australia and it’s great to have them headlining our event with ARB.”

“We’ve got more announcements to come in the coming weeks. Our club members have been busy signing up class sponsors and getting everything organised for what is going to be a top event”.

“The club have also decided to allow the use of GPS for the ARB Town and Country Tyres Stackpoole 400, however, it is to be used for navigation, not driving in the dust”.

Full catering and camping facilities will be available for the event weekend.
