As the 2017 ARB Australian Off Road Racing Series enters its fifth competitive season and with the series opener, the ARB Town and Country Tyres Stackpoole 400 just over a week away, the opportunity to register for the series and gain 20 bonus points towards your 2017 series campaign is drawing to a close.

The close of entries for Stackpoole at midnight Friday 10th March also signals the last opportunity for early registration into the 2017 ARB Australian Off Road Racing Series and to bank 20 bonus points.

“To date, over 110 teams have registered for 2017 ARB Australian Off Road Racing Series [Click here for registered list] and as such have kick started their point scores with 20 bonus points, which is a great sign of support for the Series. For the teams that may not be running at Stackpoole next weekend, but intend on competing in other rounds of the series, we strongly suggest that you get your registrations in before midnight Friday 10th to qualify for the 20 bonus points” explained Andrew Stott, series representative. [Click here to register].

“It’s important that teams login and register for the Series as those points could be the difference between podium places come the end of season awards night in September.”

A strong field of 101 teams have entered for the opening round with last years Griffith champions Danny Brown and George Apted out to stamp their authority on the 2017 season. Marty and Alison Scott took out the 2016 ARB Off Road Racing Series crown after competing in all of the rounds and will be looking for a good points haul to jump start their year.

With a host of top teams entered, the new split group two day format and shortened track to 60km, who will sit at the top of the 2017 ARB Australian Off Road Racing Series points score come round 1 race end?
