Stackpoole Entries Opening Wednesday 21st Feb
Tuesday, 20 February 2018
Online entries for the first round of the 2018 ARB Australian Off Road Racing Championship, the ARB Town and Country Tyres Stackpoole 400 will open at 9:00am (SA time) Wednesday 21st February {click here}.

2017 saw the introduction of a new innovative format for the Stackpoole event with the field split into two races based on classes. Classes 2, 3, 5, 6, 66, 7 and 8 ran on Saturday while the remaining classes took to the track on Sunday. The format proved such a hit with competitors that the Griffith Off Road Club will run the same format again this year.

“We believed the split format would make for safer racing for all competitors and we proved it last year. Saturday’s teams had a better track more suited to their cars and Sunday’s competitors caught a lot less of the back markers” explained Andy Ryan, property owner and Pro buggy driver.

The Griffith Off Road Club are also happy to welcome back on board ARB and Town and Country Tyres as naming partners.

Registrations for the 2018 ARB Australian Off Road Racing Championship will also open at 9:00am (SA time) on Wednesday 21st February. 20 bonus points will be given to teams that register before the close of entries for ARB Town and Country Tyres Stackpoole 400.

Full catering and camping facilities will be available for the event weekend.
