Robertson Racing Returns for Mildura
Friday, 20 April 2018
After a long rebuilding process following a massive rollover nearly 2 years ago at Finke, Ivan Robertson is ready to make his long awaited return to the track this weekend at the second round of the ARB Australian Off Road Racing Championship.

The lead up was certainly not smooth sailing with the engine having to be pulled down twice in the last two days, however the ongoing issue is now resolved and the Mickey Thompson MickleFab Trophy Truck is back in one piece, all polished up and ready to take on Keera Station. “I can’t thank the off road community enough for all the help and support over the last week. Gavin, Jeff, Mick have been pushing me hard in the shed late at night, Rob who’s been on the end of the phone at all hours, and well just everyone… it’s been a real team effort” said Ivan Robertson.

“We’ve been running the MTZ P3’s for the last few years, but haven’t as yet run them on Keera Station under competition. With all our testing, they just hold the truck to the track and I can’t wait to put them through the paces at speed on my own soil.

Sporting a new eye catching Mickey Thompson livery from Laser Signs and Print, decked out in merchandise from Sportzprint, and with his daughter Laura beside him navigating, Ivan is expecting a great result.

Racing starts at 7am Saturday, if you are in the area head out to Keera Station for a look.
