As Aaron Haby and Rowan Eggers #57 saluted the checkered flag, it hailed the end of three massive days of off road racing at Pt Germein.

Aaron and Rowan with Chelsea Haby navigating for Sunday’s lap 1, capitalised on their pole position and relatively dust free run to pull a whopping 7m24second lead over the field to take home the silverware for the Filmer Delivery 200 Gawler Road Knights Car Club Enduro backing up from Chelsea and Aarons second outright at Saturday’s the Denise Gosden Memorial Ladies and Juniors Enduro.

In a first for South Australia, the three-day two-event weekend format was a huge success. Clocking in second place for the Enduro was Hayden and Hannah Bentley #418 with Hayden also enduring the most laps of the weekend after navigating for both Hannah and Sam Bentley in Saturday’s Ladies and Junior event in the double entered #1018/#1010 Racer Engineering Sportslite.

In an awesome display of man and machinery Chris, Geoff and Dianna Pickert drove the wheels off the #577 Mitsubishi Triton to be just 1m10seconds off the pace of Bentley to round out the Filmer Delivery 200 Gawler Road Knights Car Club Enduro.

Of the 37 starters, 22 completed full race distance and 10 of those 22 greeted the starter for all three days of Pt Germein off road racing.

The flag now drops on the 2021 South Australian Off Road Racing Associations Multi Club Series season, however there is still more racing on offer with the Can-Am Loveday 400 at the end of October and the David Larter Memorial Day Night Enduro on 13 November.
