As we head into July and the second half of the 2022 racing season, the BFGoodrich Motorsport Australia Off Road Championship contenders are gearing up for the Can-Am Loveday 400, the fourth round of the hotly contested 2022 Championship.

Entries for the Can-Am Loveday 400, which is also the opening round of the Motorsport Australia South Australian Off Road Championship and round 4 of the Kincrome SXS Motorsport Australia Championship open on Monday 27 June at 9am ACST.

With the maximum number of entries set at 100, now is the time to jump online and update your offroadracing.com.au online event entry profile to be ready for Monday morning.

Entry is a four step process with the first step simply registering and paying the entry fee. The entry fee for the BFGoodrich Motorsport Australia Off Road Championship and the Kincrome SXS Motorsport Australia Championship (10 laps) will be $1,100 and the Motorsport Australia South Australian Off Road Championship (8 laps) will be $500.

The event format and time schedule will be dependent on entry numbers and will be confirmed after the close of entries, however, we can release that there will be 10 laps of the 40km for AORC competitors and 8 laps for the Motorsport Australia South Australian Off Road Championship competitors.

The 10 laps will be split into sections of no more than two laps. Competing and service crew check in will be Thursday afternoon and Friday morning. Reconnaissance of the 40km course will be Friday morning with competitors that get away early having the option to do two laps of the track. Prologue is scheduled for Friday afternoon allowing Saturday and Sunday to be two full on days of off road racing through the Loveday 4X4 Adventure Park.

As stated above, the Can-Am Loveday 400 will be using the offroadracing.com.au online event entry system which includes contactless/electronic documentation requiring you to upload images of your documentation during Step 2 of the entry process for pre event checking and verification.

The Loveday 4X4 Adventure Park team and the Can-Am Loveday 400 committee and excited to finally have the opportunity to host a round of the Australia Off Road Championship after failing to launch in 2020 and 2021 due to Covid-19 border restrictions.
